The Company was notified today that the NewMedia Spark Plc has disposed of
2,169,000 ordinary shares in the Company.


Following the disposal NewMedia Spark Plc now holds 30,500,000 ordinary shares
in the Company, representing 7.51% of the current shares in issue.
