Application for Admission of Shares
9th October 2007
ADVFN Plc ('ADVFN' or the 'Company') has applied for the admission to trading on
AIM of 5,713,131 new ordinary shares of 1p in the capital of the Company. The
new ordinary shares have been allotted to the shareholders of Equity Holdings
Limited in satisfaction of a deferred consideration for the acquisition of
Equity Holdings Limited announced on 1 February 2006. The deferred payment is
based on a growth milestone being achieved for the year ended 30 June 2007.
Admission of and dealings in these shares is expected to commence on 12th
October 2007.
