ADVFN AND IG GROUP SIGN MARKETING AGREEMENT



ADVFN.COM plc, ('ADVFN'), one of the UK's leading providers of financial

information, today announces that it has entered into a marketing agreement

with IG Group, which covers CFD (Contract for Differences) products under

the IG Markets umbrella and Financial Spread Betting via IG Index, the UK's

foremost spread betting company.



ADVFN will market IG Group's CFD and Financial Spread Betting services

directly to ADVFN subscribers on  the ADVFN UK Website. The deal will be

revenue enhancing for ADVFN.



In addition ADVFN has also signed a separate agreement, whereby IG Markets'

clients will be given access to ADVFN's Level 2 pricing on igshares.com.

This will be financed entirely by IG Group.
