                                 AGM STATEMENT

Cheerful Scout Plc, the AIM listed multi media group, held its Annual General
Meeting ('AGM') today and all resolutions were duly passed. Chairman Stuart
Appleton made the following statement:

'The Company is making significant progress with trading up in the first three
months compared to the previous year's corresponding period.

'Cheerful is focused on building its existing offering while also expanding into
additional market areas with new products. In line with this, we have launched a
new presentation software package which provides the seamless and high speed
integration of several live event elements. The product, nVision Presenter, is
to be targeted at organisers of live events, management consultants, and
companies which need to produce professional, interactive video for
presentations and conferences.

'nVision Presenter is regarded as a breakthrough in presentation software and
was received enthusiastically when it was used for the first time at a global
conference for international information and communication technology provider
Getronics in Cannes last month.

'Essentially, data can be input into nVision Presenter from any software
programme such as PowerPoint or Excel, and quickly and easily turned into a
sophisticated interactive 3D video. Unlike any other product in the market, it
has the power to render information as graphics and make last minute changes to
presentations in real time.

'In progressively competitive markets, businesses are increasingly looking at
other means to communicate complex information using advanced technology and
special effects, however these require a lot of time and expensive specialist
skills. With nVision, executive communications can finally be as visually
sophisticated as digital games and DVD's.

'We believe that there are signficant opportunities for a company that can help
businesses build visually sophisticated, flexible and interactive presentations
at cost-effective prices. nVision Presenter has the ability to do all these
things, so with this in mind we hope to generate signfincant interst and see our
sales lift substantially.

'nVision has grown out of Cheerful's expertise in new technology and an ongoing
desire to improve visual communications. nVision Presenter is the first of two
products to be launched by Cheerful. A second nVision product targeting a
different market sector will be launched later this year.'
