Board Appointment

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist focussed on delivering innovative corporate communications solutions, announces the appointment of Mr. Steven Quah as Executive Director with immediate effect. 

Steve Quah is Head of Events at Aeorema's events and interactive division Twentyfirst and oversees the management of all events. Steve has successfully managed Twentyfirst since the Company's acquisition of certain assets of the business in 2010. With extensive expertise in both theatrical and digital brand experiences, Steve is the driving force behind Twentyfirst's strong creative service ethos. Steve has produced over 300 corporate productions and numerous live events for some of the world's largest brands including Vodafone, LG, Grant Thornton, Sony, Google, Blackberry, BT, Xbox, Skype, Ernst and Young, Disney and Microsoft to name but a few.

Steve recently won two  LiveCom Awards for Best International Commercial and Promotional Event and Best International External Conference for work at the Cannes Lions.

Gary Fitzpatrick, CEO, commented, "Steve's expertise in events and communications will be a valuable addition to the board as we broaden our offering to our clients."

Steven Peter Quah, 49, is or has been a director of the following companies during the previous five years:

*Steven Quah was a director of Twentyfirst Century Communications Limited when it was placed into Voluntary Creditors Liquidation on 14 December 2009.

Mr. Quah as has an interest in 300,000 options over ordinary shares in the Company.

There are no other matters, which are required to be announced with regard to the appointments under paragraph (g) of Schedule 2 of the AIM Rules.
