Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, announces that, further to the comments made in Aeorema's final results for the year ended 30 June 2012 announced on 22 November, it has now disposed of the entire issued share capital of ST16 Limited ('ST16') back to the ST16 directors for a nominal consideration.
