Grant of Options

Aeorema Communications plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, announces that on the 25 April 2013 it granted a total of 300,000 options to Steven Quah, Executive Director of the Company. The options have an exercise price of 16.5p. The options vest immediately and can be exercised in the period from the third anniversary of the date of grant until the tenth anniversary of the date of grant.

Mr Quah has options over a total of 600,000 ordinary shares.
