                                New Contract Win

Cheerful Scout Plc, the AIM-traded multi media specialist, is pleased to
announce that it has strengthened its relationship with The Contender
Entertainment Group ('Contender') having won a two year contract to provide DVD
authoring services to all of the entertainment company's medium to high-end film
and TV titles, including Spooks, Will and Grace and Cutting It.


Contender is the biggest independent distributor of DVD and Video in the UK.
Cheerful Scout has worked with Contender for a number of years and has just
completed shooting the extras and authoring on the Life on Mars Series 2 DVD. It
expects to complete around 60-80 projects for Contender during 2007.


The Company looks forward to announcing its interim results on 6 March 2007.
