Notice of AGM and Posting of Report & Accounts

Cheerful Scout Plc, the AIM-traded multi-media specialist, announces that its Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held at 25-27 Riding House Street, London, W1W 7DU at 10.00am on Monday, 15 December 2008.  At the AGM, amongst other resolutions, the Company will seek authority from shareholders to undertake a share buy-back programme.

The Company's annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2008 will be posted to the shareholders today.  The Notice of Meeting and proxy card will be posted with the annual report and can be downloaded from the Company's website at www.cheerfulscout.com.
