Aeorema Communications plc, a leading strategic communications group, announces that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly passed. Voting on each of the resolutions was taken on a poll, and the results of the poll vote received from shareholders are set out below.
