Further to the Company's announcement on 5 September 2024, AFC Energy is pleased to confirm the appointment of John Wilson as its new Chief Executive Officer and an Executive Director, effective today, 6 January 2025.
Gary Bullard steps back from his role as interim Chief Executive Officer with immediate effect, and shall assist John Wilson with an orderly transition. Gary Bullard remains non-Executive Chairman of the Company.
