                          Shareholding in the Company

The Company was notified on 13 June 2007 that Sinjul Nominees Limited
(previously Allbest Nominees Limited) had disposed of 50,000 ordinary shares in
AFC Energy.

Following this disposal, Sinjul Nominees Limited now has an interest in
3,500,000 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.99% of
the total voting rights of the Company.
