Issue of Share Options
AFC Energy announces that it has awarded share options ('Share Options') over an
aggregate 200,000 new ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each in the capital of the
Company ('New Ordinary Shares') to two employees under the terms of the AFC
Energy plc 2007 Share Option Scheme.
The terms of the Share Options allow the holders to subscribe for New Ordinary
Shares at the placing price of 23 pence per New Ordinary Share during the period
commencing on 25 April 2010 and ending on 23 April 2017.
