                               Additional listing

In connection with the announcement made on 8 December 2003 concerning the
application for up to 289,629,167 ordinary shares of 1p each ('Sterling Shares')
to be admitted to trading on the Alternative Investment Market ('AIM'), the
Company will admit 112,773,645 Sterling Shares to AIM tomorrow.
