Additional listing
The Company has issued a further 5,292,807 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
Company ('Ordinary Shares') to meet the consideration due under the terms of the
Offer for Fusion Oil & Gas PLC.
Admission to trading on the Alternative Investment Market of the London Stock
Exchange ('AIM') and dealings are expected to commence on Friday 16 April 2004.
Following admission, the issued share capital of the Company will be 822,712,240
Ordinary Shares.
The admission of these shares to trading represents the conclusion of the
compulsory purchase by Sterling of all Fusion Shares not already owned by it,
such that Fusion is now a wholly owned subsidiary of Sterling.
