The Company was today informed that following their participation in the placing
announced by the Company on 9 November 2004, which became unconditional today,
the following, all being directors of the company, have increased their
respective holdings in the ordinary shares of 1 pence each ('Ordinary Shares')
as detailed below. All of the Ordinary Shares were subscribed for at the placing
price of 17 pence.
