The Company was informed today by 3i Group plc that they
have an interest in 1,354,971 ordinary shares of 10p
each, representing 13.68 per cent. of the issued ordinary
share capital. These shares are registered in the name
of RBSTB Nominees Limited a/c 3i plc.
