Annual Report and Notice of Annual General Meeting

Amino Technologies plc (LSE AIM: AMO), a software-led global media technology company that delivers modern TV experiences, announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 November 2020 ("Annual Report") and Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") have been posted to shareholders.

As previously announced, the Annual Report is also available to view on the Group's website: www.aminotechnologies.com/investors/reports-presentations/ .

The AGM of the Company will be held at the offices of Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, Governor's House, 5 Laurence Pountney Hill, London EC4R 3AF on Thursday 18 March 2021 at 12.00 noon.

In light of the current COVID-19 restrictions, the AGM will be run as a closed meeting and no shareholder, proxy or corporate representative should seek to attend the AGM in person. The attendance in person by shareholders or others (other than the limited number of persons specifically organised by the Company to form a quorum for the meeting), will not be permitted. Shareholders are therefore encouraged to appoint the Chair of the meeting as their proxy rather than another named person; as such other person will not be permitted to attend the meeting.

In order to ensure that shareholders are able to follow the proceedings of the AGM, the Company will provide access to an online audio and presentation link, accessible via the online Investor Meet Company platform. Shareholders who wish to view the proceedings of the AGM should register for the event in advance via the following link: https://www.investormeetcompany.com/amino-technologiesplc/register-investor

Immediately following the conclusion of the AGM, the Company will give a short presentation and answer questions from shareholders. Shareholders are therefore invited to pre-submit questions relating to the business of the AGM online via the Investor Meet Company platform by 12.00 noon on Wednesday 17 March 2021 or at any time during the AGM and live presentation via the platform's "Ask a Question" function. The Company will address as many of these questions as practicable during the live presentation following the AGM. Responses to questions given during the live presentation and responses to questions relating to the business of the AGM not addressed during the live presentation will be published at the earliest opportunity on the Investor Meet Company platform and the Company's website.

The Board continues to monitor closely the evolving situation in relation to COVID-19 and related restrictions and any changes to the AGM arrangements which may need to be made as the COVID-19 situation evolves will be communicated to shareholders via the Company's website at www.aminotechnologies.com and through an RNS announcement as appropriate.
