Board Changes

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Amino Technologies plc (LSE: AMO), the Cambridge-based leader in digital entertainment solutions for IPTV, Internet TV and in-home multimedia distribution, announces that Stuart Darling is to step down from the Board and from his position as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mr Darling, who leaves Amino to pursue other interests, will continue to carry out his duties at the Company until January 2011 to effect an orderly transition of his role. An executive search to locate a replacement Chief Financial Officer has been initiated.

Mr Donald McGarva, who joined the Company's Board as a Non-Executive Director in April, will assume Mr Darling's operational responsibilities from today in the newly created role of Chief Operating Officer. He becomes an Executive Director and remains on the Board. 

Mr McGarva is a life-long logistics professional with deep experience of supply-chain challenges across a number of international markets. Most recently, he was Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific for DHL Supply Chain, the world's leading Logistics Company.

Commenting on the announcement Amino Non-Executive Chairman, Keith Todd said:
