The Company received notification on 12 July 2004 from Sten A. Mortstedt that he
is interested in the following ordinary shares in Amino Technologies plc.

i) 5,153,765 shares representing approximately 10.01% of the shares in issue and
held by Museion Forvalting AB, in which he is taken to have an interest by
virtue of his owning more than one-third of the voting capital of CLS Holdings
plc.

ii) 1,363,333 shares representing approximately 2.67% of the shares in issue and
held by Shousen Corporation in which he is taken to have an interest by virtue
of his owning more that one-third of the voting capital.
