The Company received notification on 3 September 2004 from Sten A. Mortstedt
that he is interested in the following ordinary shares in Amino Technologies
plc.

i) 5,693,765 shares representing approximately 11.06% of the shares in issue and
held by Museion Forvalting AB, in which he is taken to have an interest by
virtue of his owning more than one-third of the voting capital of CLS Holdings
plc.

ii) 1,363,333 shares representing approximately 2.67% of the shares in issue and
held by Shousen Corporation in which he is taken to have an interest by virtue
of his owning more that one-third of the voting capital.
