                    NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING

The Company received notification on 13 August 2004 from Fidelity International
Limited ('FIL') that FIL and its direct and indirect subsidiaries have a
non-beneficial interest in 6,129,806 ordinary shares in the Company, equivalent
to 12.01 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The interest is
