On 12 November, the Company received notification from ISPartners Investment
Solutions AG that Helium Special Situations Fund now holds 3,162,500 ordinary
shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') representing approximately
5.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital as a result of
recent purchases of Ordinary Shares.
