NOTIFICATION OF SUBSTANTIAL SHAREHOLDING
The Company received notification on 29 July 2005 from Fidelity Investments
Limited that Fidelity International Limited ('FIL') and its direct and indirect
subsidiaries have a non-beneficial interest in 3,091,450 ordinary shares in the
Company, equivalent to 5.31 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital. The
interest is registered as follows:

Brown Brothers Harriman Ltd Lux 2,180,650
State STR BK and TR Co London 92,827
JP Morgan, Bournemouth 226,450

The notification by FIL also comprises a notifiable interest of Mr Edward C
Johnson 3rd, a principal shareholder of FIL.
