INTERIM RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT DATE

Amino Technologies plc (stock code: AMO), the broadband network software and
systems company based near Cambridge, will be announcing its interim results for
the 6 months to 31 May 2005 on Monday 25 July 2005.

A press briefing will be held at 11.00 am on that day at Bankside Consultants, 1
Frederick's Place, London EC2R 8AE.

A lunch briefing for analysts will be held at 12.30 pm, also at Bankside
Consultants, 1 Frederick's Place, London EC2R 8AE.
