                        Result of Annual General Meeting


At the Annual General Meeting of Amino Technologies held earlier today, all
resolutions put to the meeting were duly passed.


The Chairman, Mr. Grant Masom, noted the successful placing of new Ordinary
Shares, raising approximately £15.27 million (net of expenses) and endorsed the
views expressed in the RNS statement of the 21 April 2005.
