Dividend Declaration

Africa Opportunity Fund Limited is pleased to announce that an annual dividend has been declared for the annual period ending 31 December 2014 of US$0.0214 per share to ordinary shareholders. 

The relevant dates relating to this dividend payment are as follows:

There will be no dividend payment with relation to the C Shares.
