Net Asset Value - Ordinary and C Shares

Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (SFM: AOF / AOFC) announces that as at close of business on 30 June 2014, its unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share was US$1.108. Its unaudited net asset value per C share was US$0.972. 

C share update:

As at 30 June 2014, approximately 25% of the C share net proceeds had been invested, with approximately 19% invested in debt and 6% invested in equities. Careful investment selection and price discipline have resulted in lower share volumes and trade sizes than anticipated to date. Industry exposure includes the insurance, real estate, industrial mineral and oil and gas sectors, while country exposures include Nigeria, South Africa, Zambia and Zimbabwe. These industry and country exposures are illustrative and not exhaustive.
