Net Asset Value - Ordinary and C Shares

Africa Opportunity Fund Limited (SFM: AOF / AOFC) announces that as at close of business on 31 May 2014, its unaudited net asset value per Ordinary share was US$1.099. Its unaudited net asset value per C share was US$0.972. 

Note that after receipt of the final expenses relating to the C share placing and the move to the Specialist Fund Market, the April 30 net asset value per Ordinary share has been revised downwards by USD$0.006 to USD$1.194. The April 30 net asset value per C share has been revised upwards by USD$0.011 to USD$0.974.
