Acquisition of Major Oil Concession and request for suspension - Further update



On 4 March 2005, the Company announced that its shares would remain suspended
pending the publication of the Circular in respect of the above, which was
expected to be posted to shareholders by the end of March 2005.



The Directors would like to confirm that they are continuing to work on the
Circular and will post it to shareholders as soon as possible.  Accordingly the
shares will remain suspended until the Circular is published.
