DISCLOSURE OF RIGHTS ATTACHED TO EQUITY SHARES

In compliance with Listing Rule 9.2.6E, AIB Group plc (the "Company") advises that a copy of its Constitution, which comprises the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association, has been submitted to the UK National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism .

The Articles of Association set out the rights and restrictions applying to the Company's listed equity shares.

This announcement is made in accordance with UK Listing Rule 9.6.3.
