Sirdar plc ('Sirdar' or 'the company')
Sirdar announces that Mr JD Verity, the Chief Executive, has today purchased
1,000 ordinary shares in the company at 70p per share. His wife, Mrs CM Verity
has today purchased 29,000 ordinary shares in the company also at 70p per
share.
