SIRDAR PLC ANNOUNCES THAT ON 25 MAY 2000 IT PURCHASED FOR CANCELLATION 590,000
ORDINARY SHARES (REPRESENTING APPROXIMATELY 1.26% OF THE ISSUED SHARE CAPITAL)
AT A PRICE OF 60p PER ORDINARY SHARE.
