Delisting of AAF Industries Plc

AAF Industries plc ('AAF') announces that its listing on the Official List of
the London Stock Exchange will be cancelled with effect from the close of
business on Friday 10 December 1999 being the date of the close of the revised
recommended unconditional cash offer ('Offer') by Waco International Limited
('Waco') for the share capital of AAF not already owned by the Waco Group as set
out in the Offer Document dated 24 September 1999 and the Revised Offer Document
dated 5 November 1999.
