The Company announces that Mo Tagari, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has purchased:

a)  2,390 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) via his AJ Bell Youinvest ISA account for £4.182579 per Ordinary Share; and

b)  2,389 Ordinary Shares via his AJ Bell Youinvest dealing account for £4.185179 per Ordinary Share.

Both the above transactions took place on 28 May 2021.

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest is 28,776 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.007% of the issued share capital.
