The Company announces that Charles Galbraith, the D2C Managing Director and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, exercised nominal cost options on 8 September 2022 under the Company's Executive Incentive Plan (EIP) in respect of annual awards in relation to the financial year which ended 30 September 2020 to acquire 17 ,777 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares).

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Charles Galbraith has an interest is 1,821,976 Ordinary Shares, which represents approximately 0.443% of the issued share capital.
