The Company announces that Mo Tagari, Chief Technology Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 5,866 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.411 per Ordinary Share and then repurchased into his AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (ISA) 5,833 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.411 per Ordinary Share on 11 April 2023.

Following the above transactions, the number of Ordinary Shares in which Mo Tagari has an interest is 94,906 Ordinary Shares, which represents 0.023% of the issued share capital of the Company.
