Director/PDMR Transactions - Initial Notification

The Company announces that it was notified on 11 April 2023, that:

a)  Michael Summersgill, Chief Executive Officer and a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) in the Company, has:

i)  in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 4,557 ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company (Ordinary Shares) at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Dealing Account (AJ BellDealing Account) and then purchased 4,557 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Individual Savings Account (AJ BellISA); and

ii)  sold 7,596 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Dealing Account;

b)  Lucy Summersgill, a person closely associated (PCA) with Michael Summersgill, has:

i)  in order to effect a "Bed and ISA" transaction, sold 4,557 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Dealing Account and then purchased 4,557 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell ISA;

ii)  in order to effect a "Bed and SIPP" transaction, sold 303 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Dealing Account and then purchased 303 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Self Invested Personal Pension (SIPP); and

iii)  purchased 4,254 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell SIPP;

c)  Sebastian Summersgill, a PCA with Michael Summersgill, has purchased 1,215 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via his AJ Bell Junior ISA Account (AJ BellJuniorISA); and

d)  Georgina Summersgill, a PCA with Michael Summersgill, has purchased 2,127 Ordinary Shares at a price of £3.291 per Ordinary Share via her AJ Bell Junior ISA.

The above transactions all took place on 6 April 2023.

Following the transactions, there has been no change in the number of Ordinary Shares in which Michael Summersgill has an interest, being 1,028,312 Ordinary Shares which represents 0.250% of the issued share capital of the Company.

This announcement, including the notification below, is made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation.
