Board committee changes
AJ Bell plc ("AJ Bell" or "Company"), one of the UK's largest investment platforms, today announces several changes to the membership of some Board committees with effect from 8 September 2021. These changes further strengthen the Company's governance structure following the recently announced additions to the Board.
Nomination Committee

Baroness Helena Morrissey will join the committee |

Simon Turner and Eamonn Flanagan will step down from the committee |

The other existing members, Les Platts (committee chair) and Laura Carstensen, will remain on the committee |
Remuneration Committee

Audit Committee

Risk and Compliance Committee

Following these changes, the membership of each committee will be comprised of independent non-executive directors and, where applicable, the Chair of AJ Bell.

" These changes will further strengthen the Board as the business embarks on the next phase of its long-term growth. The diversification of the membership of its committees will enable the Board to continue to maintain effective oversight as the business grows. It will mean more work can be delegated to the committees, which will free up Board time to focus on strategic matters."
