AJ Bell has been notified that on 19 December 2018 Andrew James Bell, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company, made the following transfer of ordinary shares of £0.000125 each in the Company, for nil consideration, to his wife:

Following this transfer, there has been no change in the number of shares in which Andrew James Bell has an interest. The shares had previously been held by Andrew James Bell on trust for his wife, Tracey Anne Bell.
