The Company received notification on 17 August 2007 from Mr Wilson S. Robb that
he had disposed of 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company.

Subsequent to the disposal above Mr Robb's holding amounted to 2,819,047 shares
amounting to approximately 4.2 per cent of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The issued share capital of the Company is 66,620,100 ordinary shares of 1 pence
each.
