The Company received the following notifications:-

Notification 1

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 22 November 2007 from Red Rock
Resources Plc that it has acquired 2,800,000 ordinary shares in the Company
representing approximately 3.2 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

Red Rock Resources Plc is a substantial shareholder in Regency Mines Plc.  A
notification has been received from Regency Mines Plc that it has disposed of
9,375,000 ordinary shares in the Company.  Following the disposal of 9,375,000
ordinary shares Regency Mines Plc has an interest over 9,375,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing approximately 10.6 per cent of the Company's issued
share capital.

Notification 2

Pursuant to the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency
Rules, the Company received notification on 22 November 2007 from Starvest Plc
that it has acquired 9,375,000 ordinary shares in the Company representing
approximately 10.6 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
