Alba Mineral Resources plc (AIM:ALBA), the UK based minerals and oil exploration company, announces that it has today posted its annual report for the year ended 30 November 2014 to shareholders together with the notice of its annual general meeting, which will be held at the offices of Memery Crystal LLP, 44 Southampton Buildings, London WC2A 1AP at 10.00 a.m. on 28 May 2015
