The Board of Crown Place VCT PLC announces that it has received approval from
H.M. Revenue & Customs to pay the 0.8 pence per share dividend out of realised
capital profits as detailed in the Report and Accounts for the period ended 31
December 2006 and in the announcement of these results on 29 March 2007.



This dividend will be paid on 15 June 2007 to shareholders on the register on 18
May 2007.
