Publication of circular regarding proposed cancellation of the share
premium account.

In a circular being  sent to shareholders today,  the Board of  Crown
Place is proposing that the share  premium account of the Company  be
cancelled.  Cancellation  of  the  share  premium  account   requires
shareholder approval and the confirmation of the Court after a  court
hearing.

The circular containing  details of the  Proposal, together with  the
Notice of a General Meeting to be held at 11.30am on 1 September 2009
at the offices of  Albion Ventures LLP, 1,  King's Arms Yard,  London
EC2R 7AF,  is attached  to this  announcement and  is being  sent  to
shareholders today.
