VOTING RIGHTS AND CAPITAL



In conformity with the Transparency Directive's provisions we would like to
notify the market of the following:



Due to an administrative error the number of shares purchased by the Company on
16 May 2007 was incorrectly disclosed in the announcement on that date and the
true number purchased was 225,730 for cancellation.



Therefore, Crown Place VCT PLC's capital as at 31 July 2007 consists of
83,920,434 Ordinary shares with a nominal value of 10p.  Crown Place VCT PLC
holds 7,260,410 shares in Treasury.



Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Crown Place VCT PLC is
76,660,024.



The figure of 76,660,024 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their
interest in, or change to their interest in, Crown Place VCT PLC under the FSA's
Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
