Crown Place VCT PLC announces that on 19 January 2006 it purchased, to be held
in treasury, 45,296 Ordinary 10p Shares (representing 0.05% of the issued
Ordinary Capital), at a price of 36p per Ordinary Share.
Following the purchase of the 45,296 Ordinary Shares, the total number of
treasury shares held by the Company will be 4,520,077. The issued share capital
of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in Treasury, will
be 81,579,796 Ordinary 10p Shares.
