Correction to previously announced number of treasury shares

The Company announces that due to an administrative error, the incorrect number
of Ordinary Shares held in treasury has been reported in the past.  As at 5 June
2006 the correct number of treasury shares was 4,755,584.  The issued share
capital of the Company, less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury was 81,344,289 Ordinary 10p Shares.
