ALBION DEVELOPMENT VCT PLC
Proposed New Share Issue
The Board of Albion Development VCT PLC ("the Company") today
announces its current intention to launch a new D share issue in the
Autumn of this year, to raise £25m before expenses (the "Offer").
The Offer would create a separate class of shares (D Shares) in the
Company which would eventually merge with the existing Ordinary
shares.
Albion Ventures LLP, the Manager of the Fund, will manage the offer
process, and Brewin Dolphin Limited has agreed to act as sponsors.
The issue will be subject to shareholder approval, and a further
announcement will be made in due course.
