Allotment of D shares on 30 April 2010
The seventh allotment under the terms of the Offer for Subscription (the
"Offer") for D shares ("D Shares") in Albion Development VCT PLC (the "Company")
took place on 30 April 2010, at an issue price of 100p per D Share.
Applications were received under the Offer for 323,525 D Shares and will be met
in full. This brings the total number of D Shares allotted to date under the
Offer to 6,283,655.
The net proceeds of the allotment today are £0.3 million. The net proceeds of
all allotments to date under the terms of the Offer are now £5.94 million.
Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority for 323,525 D
Shares to be admitted to the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for
the D Shares to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities.
It is expected that Admission will become effective, and that dealings in the
Shares will commence, at 8.00 a.m. on 4 May 2010. CREST accounts are expected to
be credited within five business days of allotment and definitive documents of
title and income tax relief certificates are expected to be dispatched within
ten business days of allotment.
